Tragedy Marks the New Year: Lives Lost in New Orleans, Montenegro, and Las Vegas

Fifteen people were killed in a ramming attack on a New Year’s celebration in New Orleans while flying the flag of the Islamic State, ten were killed in a shooting in Montenegro, and one person was killed while seven others were wounded after a Tesla Cybertruck exploded outside President-elect Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel.
