Experts warn of US-India ties' importance amid trade war fallout, deportation policy, and the global fight for hegemony.
April 23, 2025
Good Morning,
Senator Vance has emphasized the critical importance of maintaining strong US-India relations to avoid a "very dark time." Meanwhile, Trump has stated that it is not feasible for the US to provide a trial for every person it seeks to deport, raising further concerns about due process. In the international arena, France has criticized Putin's Easter pseudo-ceasefire as a mere publicity stunt aimed at gaining favor with Trump. Meanwhile in Asia, Syria has taken an unexpected move in arresting Palestinian militants while China seems to have failed to win over Europe.
