Ceasefire Achieved: Israel-Hamas Deal, South Africa's Mine Tragedy, and Bondi's Confirmation Clash

Israel and Hamas have agreed to a three-phase ceasefire deal, brokered by the U.S., Qatar, and Egypt, at least 78 bodies and over 240 survivors have been retrieved from an abandoned gold mine in South Africa following a months-long police operation, and Pam Bondi, Donald Trump’s nominee for attorney general, faced sharp Democratic concerns over her loyalty to Trump during a contentious confirmation hearing.
